Question 1

How does wireless power transfer work here?

Accepted Answer

Coils beneath the Quantum Energy Pad transmit energy to a receiver in each appliance’s base. When an appliance or compatible pan is placed on the pad, it receives power without a cord or the need for plugging and unplugging.

Question 2

How powerful is the Quantum Energy Pad?

Accepted Answer

The Quantum Energy Pad delivers more than 1,500 watts of wireless power. That is roughly 100 times the approximately 15 watts delivered by a typical wireless phone charger and provides the power needed to operate full-size countertop appliances.

Question 3

Is high-power wireless energy safe around people, pets, phones, and cards?

Accepted Answer

Kitchenery states that the surface delivers full power only after a low-power handshake confirms a recognized appliance. It does not energize without a valid load, helping prevent keys, phones, cards, and other stray objects from receiving power. The system has no exposed heating elements, cords, or open flames, and the surface is designed to be waterproof-safe. Kitchenery products are also designed to meet applicable United States and European safety standards.

Question 4

How is this different from battery-powered cordless appliances?

Accepted Answer

Kitchenery appliances are battery-free. They do not contain rechargeable batteries and draw power only while positioned on the Quantum Energy Pad. This avoids the additional weight, cost, electronic waste, charging requirements, and gradual degradation associated with rechargeable batteries.

Question 5

Do I need a special countertop or installation?

Accepted Answer

The Quantum Energy Pad connects to standard household power and sits on the countertop, allowing compatible appliances to operate without cords. Under-counter and built-in integration are part of Kitchenery’s wider cordless-kitchen vision. Customers should confirm currently available installation options directly with Kitchenery.

Question 6

How loud is the Silent Blender, and how precise is the kettle?

Accepted Answer

The Kitchenery Silent Blender is engineered for notably quiet operation. The Perfect Pour Induction Kettle provides precise temperature control and a controlled pouring experience. Reviewers and interested partners may contact Kitchenery to request a hands-on demonstration.

Question 7

Can I use my existing appliances on the pad?

Accepted Answer

No. Appliances must include a compatible Kitchenery wireless-power receiver to work with the Quantum Energy Pad. Kitchenery produces its own compatible appliances and is developing a platform through which the technology may be licensed to other brands and manufacturers.

Question 8

How does this relate to the Qi and Ki standards?

Accepted Answer

Qi is the Wireless Power Consortium’s standard for wireless charging of phones and other small electronic devices. Ki is its cordless-kitchen standard, designed to support power levels of approximately 2.2 kilowatts. Kitchenery uses its own patented architecture focused on high-power, battery-free appliances delivered as a complete wireless kitchen ecosystem.

Question 9

When can I buy it, and how much will it cost?

Accepted Answer

Kitchenery plans to launch through Kickstarter with early-bird pricing. Customers can join the early-access list at https://kitchenery.us/reserve. The final launch date, product availability, pricing, shipping terms, and package details should be confirmed directly with Kitchenery before publication or purchase.
